WormaSounds gives every app on your Mac its own volume, output device and effects, right from the menu bar. Turn Slack down without touching Spotify, send music to the speakers while calls stay in your headphones, or put an EQ or any Audio Unit plugin on a single app. It's built on Core Audio process taps in macOS 26, so there's no audio driver or kernel extension to install, and quitting it puts your audio back exactly as it was. Per-app volume (even above 100%), timed mute, Output Groups to play to several devices at once, 10-band EQ, Quick Configs to switch whole setups, Super Volume Keys for HDMI and USB outputs, and Shortcuts actions. 30-day trial with every feature, no account.
